- All bookings must be confirmed by the host.
- The accommodations are not pet friendly.
- Maximum of four guests will stay in the accommodation.
- With exception to complimentary items within the accommodation, all food and drink must be provided by the guests.
- All equipment, utensils, pots, pans, plates, etc., must be returned to the state they were found upon check-in.
- Parking is available for one vehicle.
- Weekends must be booked for a minimum of two days. (Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday)
- Long weekends must be booked for a minimum of three days. (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday or Saturday, Sunday, & Monday)
- Extra fees may apply for holidays and weekends and will be confirmed prior to booking approval.
- The host reserves the right to revoke and refund a booking within 24 hours of approved check-in.
- The host reserves the right to charge for damages discovered on the property after check-out.
- The host reserves the right to refuse a refund on bookings that are canceled within 7 days of approved check-in.
